Sana Umer Trading LLC is a US-registered general trading company. We source, buy and move goods across borders for business clients — handling suppliers, documentation and logistics so that what you ordered turns up where and when it should.
Who we are
Sana Umer Trading LLC is a general trading company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We work with businesses that need to buy from abroad, sell abroad, or both — and would rather not build an international procurement department to do it.
International trade rarely fails at the big, obvious steps. It fails in the gaps: a supplier who quotes one specification and ships another, paperwork that doesn't match the shipment, a delay nobody flags until the container is already sitting somewhere. Our work is in those gaps.
We keep our scope deliberately broad — general merchandise rather than a single narrow category — because our clients' needs change, and a trading partner who can only handle one product line stops being useful the moment the order sheet does.
A shipment is only successful if it arrives as specified, on time, and cleared.

What we do
Take the whole chain or just the part you're missing — most clients start with one service and add others as the relationship grows.
We identify suppliers, compare quotations, verify what's actually being offered, and negotiate terms — so you're choosing between real options rather than promises.
Bringing goods into the United States: coordinating the purchase, the shipment and the entry paperwork so the cargo moves without avoidable hold-ups.
Moving goods out to overseas buyers, with the export documentation, packing requirements and shipping arrangements handled as one job rather than three.
Bulk supply to distributors, retailers and resellers — consistent quantities on an agreed schedule, with pricing that works at volume.
Freight booking, routing and tracking across sea, air and land — one point of contact instead of a chain of forwarders passing you along.
Invoices, packing lists, certificates and shipping documents prepared to match the goods — because most border delays start as paperwork errors.
How we work
You tell us the product, quantity, destination and timeline you need.
We find and vet suppliers, then come back with real options and pricing.
Specification, terms and schedule are fixed in writing before anything ships.
Freight booked, documents prepared, and the cargo tracked while it moves.
Goods clear and arrive — and we stay reachable after they do.
Why work with us
Anyone can forward a quotation. The value of a trading partner shows up in what happens after the order is placed — when a specification is ambiguous, a schedule slips, or a document is wrong.
We'd rather flag a problem early and unglamorously than deliver a pleasant silence followed by a bad surprise at the port.
Not a relay race between supplier, forwarder and broker
What was agreed is what gets shipped, checked before it moves
Paperwork prepared to reflect the actual goods and route
Delays reported when we learn them, not when you ask
Client feedback
We'd been burned twice by suppliers who sent something close to, but not actually, what we ordered. They checked the specification against the samples before anything shipped and caught a discrepancy we would have discovered on arrival. That alone paid for the relationship.
Our previous arrangement meant chasing three companies to find out where a container was. Here it's one email and a straight answer. When a sailing slipped by a week they told us the same day rather than letting us find out ourselves.
We started with a single trial order and now run regular volume through them. What made the difference was the documentation — clean, consistent, and matching the shipment every time. In this business that is not a small thing.

Product, quantity, destination, timeline. That's enough for us to come back with real options and an indicative price.
